Road Accident? AutoHelp

Until now, in the event of an accident you had to attend to everything necessary before notifying your insurers, irrespective of whether you were in a suitable physical or mental state.

Prime Insurance being conscious of the problem and with a view to maximising the benefits to those insuring their vehicles with the Company, has created «Autohelp» which compliments the Company’s care to its customers. Autohelp is a 24 hours’ service to the driver in the event of an accident.

In order to relieve the driver of all harassment, all procedures are undertaken by Prime Insurance in an exclusive association with Prime Assistance.

Step 1 – CALL CENTRE In the event of a road traffic accident, call free of charge at 8000-40-40 at all hours and let us know about the accident, irrespective of the blame.
Step 2 – ON THE SPOT ATTENDANCE once you have notified us a «Specialist» shall attend to the scene of the accident.
Step 3 – PHOTOGRAPHS Once the Specialist discusses all matters with the drivers involved, he shall take photographs of the vehicles, the driver’s license, the vehicle’s title deed and the scene of the accident.
Step 4 – STATEMENT- SCETCH PLAN The Specialist shall complete a statement with the particulars of the accident and prepare a sketch plan and thus relieve the insured from having to attend at our Offices for a statement.
Step 5- SERVICE, CONSULTATIONS AND SUPPORT the Specialist’s functions are not concluded as yet. He will represent you in all discussions with the other drivers involved in the accident and advise you what to do about the damages to your vehicle. Through Autohelp you no longer have to be concerned with the accident procedures. A Specialist steps in and takes care of everything. He steps in your shoes.
